Renaissance Academy is growing into a 19-acre Pre-K through 12th grade campus in Leander, just north of Austin - built to serve a waiting list of more than 200 students our current campus can't accommodate.
Austin's Muslim community has grown quickly, and so has demand for a school that pairs strong academics with daily Islamic education. Our current campus is at capacity, with over 200 students on the waiting list - families we currently can't accommodate. The new campus exists to change that.
650 Private Road 920, Leander, TX - chosen for accessibility from both the western and eastern parts of the Greater Austin community.
A single site built to hold the full Renaissance program from Pre-K through high school graduation, plus space for community-facing services.
We know a new location means a different commute for some families - a bus system is part of the plan to keep the new campus accessible.
Based on current concept designs. Final details may evolve as the project moves through planning and construction.
Dedicated prayer space for daily congregational prayer.
A gymnasium for physical education, assemblies, and events.
An auditorium for school-wide and community gatherings.
Administrative space to support a larger student body.
We've raised $3.3 million and closed the land deal for the new site. The next chapter is building it out - and that takes the whole community.
