Subject specialists, 55-minute periods, and rotating elective blocks - students move between teachers like they will in high school, while still in a small, supportive community.
Mondays are early dismissal all year - 2:30 to 3:00 PM for the whole school, Pre-K through high school. Tuesday through Friday the regular dismissal window is 3:25 to 3:55 PM. The afterschool program runs until 5:00 PM, Mondays included.

Every middle schooler is matched with an advisor in 6th grade and stays with that advisor through 8th. Advisory meets daily for check-ins, weekly for deeper conversations on identity, academics, and adab. It's the relationship that catches things teachers miss - and the reason middle school here feels small even as it gets more rigorous.
