Estimated time: 5 minutesTour the school during a regular school day. You'll see real classrooms, meet teachers, and observe how Qur'an, Arabic, and academics fit together. Bring your child - we love when they come along.
Tuesdays & Thursdays, by appointmentSubmit the family application along with the application fee. The form covers basic family information, your child's school history, and a few open questions about your goals.
Estimated time: 25 minutesForward immunization records, the birth certificate, and (for grades 1+) the two most recent report cards, any standardized test results, and a teacher recommendation. See the checklist below.
See documents checklistOnce the file is complete, you'll meet with the admissions team and a member of school leadership. We'll talk about fit on both sides - your hopes for your child, and how we can support them academically and spiritually.
About 45 minutesWe aim to send a decision within two weeks of a complete file. Once admitted, you'll secure your seat with the enrollment deposit and join us for new-family orientation before the first day.

Renaissance reviews applications on a rolling basis - there's no single deadline. Seats are limited per grade, so earlier is better. Priority review for the next school year opens in early winter.
Open all year. Most families reach out 2–4 months before their target start date.

Spread annual tuition across the school year with automatic monthly payments through FACTS - the same provider many private schools use.
Families with more than one child enrolled receive an adjustment on each additional sibling. We'll talk through the specifics during your visit.
Tuition covers daily Qur'an & Islamic Studies, Arabic, all core academic subjects, and access to AP coursework in high school. Books, supplies, and lunch are billed separately.
