Renaissance Academy
Full-time Islamic School
Why Renaissance exists

Knowledge with character, lived on purpose.

Our mission is the promise we make to every family on day one. Our vision is the horizon we're walking toward. Both are deliberately specific - not a poster in the lobby, but the standard we hold ourselves to in the classroom.

Our Mission

What we exist to do.

Mission statement

Renaissance Academy exists to raise a generation of Muslims who are grounded in the Qur'an and Sunnah, prepared for rigorous academic and professional paths, and ready to serve the community they live in. We measure success not by test scores alone, but by the kind of adult each student becomes.

Our Vision

Where we're walking toward.

A mission describes the daily work. A vision describes the destination - the kind of school, and the kind of graduate, we're building toward year over year.

Vision statement

We envision a Renaissance graduate who moves through the world as confidently in a masjid as in a lecture hall or boardroom - someone whose faith and intellect were never asked to compete, because at Renaissance they were always trained together. We envision a school that stays small enough to know every child by name, no matter how much it grows.

What We Believe

The convictions behind the curriculum.

These aren't slogans - they're the assumptions every teacher, lesson plan, and policy at Renaissance is built on.

Faith and academic rigor are not competing priorities - they're the same project.

Children learn best when teachers and families know each other by name.

Qur'an deserves daily, dedicated instruction - not a once-a-week add-on.

Character is taught the same way math is taught: deliberately, and every day.

Accreditation and outside review keep us honest about academic quality.

A school should stay small on purpose, even as it grows.

See the mission in practice.

The best way to know if our mission matches your hopes for your child is to spend a morning with us.
